Service with a smile
The quality of my work is extremely professional – I pride myself on being very conscientious. However I am also very down to earth, believe firmly in treating everyone with respect, and have a belly laugh that could apparently break glass. I will never waltz in to your offices and start preaching. Mine is a collaborative working style, where there’s usually plenty of time for lots of tea and (gluten free) cake.
Reliability
I am honest but diplomatic. I will always speak the truth, but without causing offence. And I will never ever, faff!
Confidentiality
Information will never be passed on to third parties, unless I am obliged to do so by law.
Objectivity
As an independent consultant you can be assured that I will remain objective and impartial. I will always tell you about relevant pros and cons, risks and opportunities. If an opininion is my own, I will tell you.
Expertise
I only offer consultancy services in areas where I have acquired demonstrable expertise, often through blood, sweat and tears.
It’s good to talk
If you would like to meet me in person to discuss your project, issues or concerns, I am happy to travel to you. Alternatively we can chat on the phone, or by Skype.
Privacy
I will not bombard you with marketing emails or newsletters. If you sign up to my blog or newsletter you will only hear from me once a month at most. If I do send a direct marketing email it’ll be once in a blue moon, and only to tell you about new services or products that I’m launching.
